Good morning. May I join you for breakfast?
Well WordPress 3 is out and Josh is telling us it’s the future. Is it a future I want to be part of? I’m not so sure. It is a far flung world away from the simplicity of having just one blog, in which we blend our personal and professional lives into, to manage.
Anyway, we’re in this situation together so we may as well make the most of it. Before we begin, it’s time to do something that I have been doing all day. Writing a personal introduction to who I am (which, for all intents and purposes, is a very unimaginative business card salesman). Despite the fact that talking about myself is one of my favourite pass-times, I am finding it rather difficult to recycle the same old information again and again so you may have to bare with me.
I am Stevie Holdway *cackle*, technology publisher for Game-Engine and a regular on the Ignition podcast. I am hoping to study Computer Security at university and have a dream one day of turning into a professional comedian and performer. I am a hobbyist actor – and not, ‘hobbit’, as my spell-checker almost made me – and currently am performing for a local amateur dramatics society. I have a weird fetish for puns.

I'VE TOLD YOU FIFTY TIMES!
Well that’s me in a nut-shell and – before I make my post-intro chat-up line about getting hammered together – I suppose I should tell you what to expect from my little corner of the Game-Engine empire. I often write a few personal and boring essays and articles that I wouldn’t usually put on the main site because it may be inappropriate or a little too personal. With this new medium I will be able to talk more about the strangely mundane life I lead and hopefully be a lot more (or not) entertaining than usual.
Anyway, I hope we’ll be seeing a lot more of each other over the coming months and years. If you want to talk to me, tweet me or E-Mail me. (my address is somewhere around here)
Have fun kids!
